Annually Washington state harvests more than 100 million boxes of apples that are farmed on over 175,000 acres of land. Approximately, 12% of the state crop is grown using Certified Organic practices. Columbia Fruit prides itself in being a leader in organic fruit production by choosing to farm significant acreage Organically. Our orchard locations in Eastern Washington take advantage of a dry climate and adequate temperatures which help reduce the disease and pest pressure.
